The new Google Chrome operating system is launching its initial version for laptops and other smaller gadgets, fully equiped os will be launched at later stages. The Microsoft Corporation has not made any official announcement regarding this, but working with full fledge to release it Windows 7 following the failure of Windows Vista, both G Chrome os and Windows 7 os are expected to be lanuched simultaniously.

Some of the experts say it will be of great competition if Google launches a faster and better os than Windows, but Google have not even finished its alpha version and in one of its article it has mentioned its launch date as end of 2010. More over they say that Google is just announcing this to with stand its market share rates and publicity, none of its operating system will be launched as mentioned. What so ever, do you people belive that Google will mark its own space in Operating System?

The biggest loss for the music world ever, the ‘King of Pop’, legendary Michael Jackson is no more..! The genius was found unconscious with no breathing in his room. After examining  on his death,  the doctors suspect that over dosage of drugs might have caused the death. The King of the music world is down at his age of 50 but his enormous creations will last for ever with no doubt. As like his music creations there is no less for the controversies about his life, but this creative genius has contributed so much to music that all his controversies are less seen.

The Google’s mailing service ‘Gmail’ is expected to be under major threat of security problem, the experts all around have raised questions as why the world’s best search engine cant produce more secure mailing service. Today, as the mail system has become the most important communication channel and most of us end up using Wi-Fi outdoors, there is a high risk of session hijacking,  The Gmail has Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure but by default it is switched off, only few people who know what is it all about are switching it on. Only banking sectors and credit card companies are have it permanently enabled.

The Google replied that it is testing and working on different security problem but did not mention when these secure options will become permanent, the HTTPS can be switched on after logging in by clicking on ‘settings’ tab -> ‘Browser connection’ -> ‘Always use HTTPS’.

The global financial crisis has started its clearing face, but another biggest problem on date is the huge amount of public debt. Across the wealthy rich world the governments are borrowing massive amount of money as the tax revenue is reduced and spending stands like hills through large bailouts, stimulus plans and unemployment benefits. As per experts view the public debt of the top rich countries will raise from 78% of GDP-2007 to 114% of GDP-2014 which will eventually get down into public’s head as $50,000 for every citizen.

Even after the World war II the public debt was not so huge, the countries did not borrow massive amount as today for their development. Today’s issue wont be temporary unlike war times, the few rich countries will tight their budgets even after the recession ends to prevent from further rise in debt.

The Apple Corporation is planning to unveil two new model iPhones, as per analyst’s interview the two new models are in work and will be introduced about mid-year, mainly designed for different geographic markets. The Lazard Capital market semiconductor analyst, Daniel Amir says that an high-end model will be marketed in North America and the other low-end model will be marketed in fast growing markets like India, Brazil, China and Russia. The high-end model will be supported with video options, 32GB memory and a better camera while the low-end model will lack video support and Wi-Fi radio with less memory.

The most popular modern world electronic gadget Apples’s iPhone is taking new faces with its unexpected freezing costs. The Apple Corporation has taken a new challenging step to face the present economic crisis situation, the corporation has marked up it’s valuable iPhone’s costs to a lowest level of $99 which was really unbelievable when the announcement was made to the media.

The corporation has set up prices as,

$99 – iPhone 3G (8GB)

$199 – iPhone 3Gs (16GB)

$299 – iphone 3Gs (32GB)

The features in the basic models too are not too minimal compared with its high end models, only 1/10th of the features are not present in the low end model vs high end model, the company has announced to the media that it is going to launch two new models by mid-year.

It is a uniform system that all the products should contain the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) at which the commodity has to be sold. It is very familiar to see in the dailies and other magazines that action was initiated in some hill areas where the cool drinks and water packets were sold exceeding the MRP rate.

My attempt to here to explain is even the MRP itself is a boosted rate printed in most of the commodities. To my experience, I have purchased a Mixie from a shop where the price of the mixie specified as Rs.4500/-. My wife accompanied me bargained and requested to reduce the price for Rs.3300/-. With more enthusiasm and fear I stood as a middleman before the shop keeper accepts my wife’s request and intervened to accept for Rs.3500/- The shop keeper accepted the same and we purchased the Mixie for Rs.3500/- whereas the MRP was Rs.4500/-. Where gone the difference of Rs.1000/-.

We also have experience in dealing with the provision items sold in the shops. The articles were supplied in front of the shop doors by the dealers with more reduced rates than the MRP mentioned in the commodities. If the customer is a person of liberal heart he will be penalized with more rates and a bargaining personality will be benefited to purchase the same product with a less rate.

This is one way or other has to be considered as cheating. What is the remedy for this? Different selling price for a same commodity depending upon the customers. What is the remedy for this. It is in the hands of Government. They should restrict such practices which affect the market trends but for the ignorance of customers.

MY SUGGESTION: THE TAX LEVIED BY THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE CHARGED ON THE MRP RATES PRINTED. THERE SHOULD BE REASONABLE MARGIN ON FIXING THE MRP AND SELLING PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND IT HAS TO BE WATCHED BY THE AUTHORITIES.
